Scott Jensen is an Electrical Engineer at MBARI working with the SURF Center and the Power Buoy Project. His work encompasses microprocessors, digital, analog and power electronics as well as system design and instrument support. He enjoys working with a project from conception and prototyping through to deployment.

Outside of work he is an outdoors person having fun hiking, packing and camping with the added benefit of working with the Boy Scouts. And, while not outdoors he is an avid “Do It Yourselfer” from maintaining the family fleet of cars to house remodeling to experimenting with new ideas.
