Frank provides support to the institute as an MEtech such as machining, water jet fabricating, welding, assembly and design of scientific and mechanical projects. Frank also provides this type of support to the ships, ROV’s and AUV’s here at MBARI. He is also qualified to be a deckhand if needed.
