Students analyze rainfall and groundwater data to see how climate change alters Hawai‘i’s water cycle and what it means for communities and ecosystems.

Coral reefs are bleaching due to climate change. Students investigate why the coral is bleaching & how to differentiate between healthy coral and bleached coral.

Students will investigate the human impact of land usage using water recharge data on O’ahu.

Students will utilize Pacific Decadal Oscillation data, and Coho and Chinook Salmon data to explore the connection between salmon returns and water temperature.

Students will construct, analyze, and interpret real data from a profiling float in the ocean. Students will explore ocean temperature trends and climate change.

Students analyze climate graphs and create art to translate data into powerful visuals, sparking dialogue and insight about the bigger picture of climate change.
